Who we are

Revenue Intelligence Engine is operated by WOW Moment Creation Ltd, a private limited company registered in Ireland. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy mean WOW Moment Creation Ltd.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data collected through the getried.com waitlist form. It does not yet cover the Revenue Intelligence Engine platform, which is in closed beta. A full platform privacy policy will be published before the platform opens to the public.

What we collect and why

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address. We use it to:

Lawful basis

We process your email address on the basis of legitimate interest: you have actively requested early access, and sending you the access invitation you requested is the direct fulfilment of that request. You can withdraw at any time by contacting us at contact@getried.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Who we share your data with

Your email address is stored and managed using Brevo (operated by Sendinblue SAS, France). Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf. A Data Processing Agreement is in effect between WOW Moment Creation Ltd and Brevo under Brevo's General Conditions of Use, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with any other third party.

How long we keep your data

We will retain your email address until the waitlist closes or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If you are granted early access and create an account, your account data will be governed by the platform privacy policy published at that time.
